About the episode:

This week’s episode is a fun one. People love supplements. Before I get into the episode, of course, I need to preface it by saying that supplements are probably the least important thing to focus on.

If your nutrition, sleep, stress, and exercise are out of wack, supplements won’t move the needle. You can’t supplement away a poor lifestyle. But, supplements are easy, so I will indulge you a bit.

And the supplement I will be reviewing the research on is one that you can feel. It is well documented that it can cause paresthesia. What is paraesthesia? Is it like paralysis? Paranormal activity? Parachute sensations? Tune in to find out more.
