About the episode:

This week, I chat with Emma D’allesandro a former Beyond Macros, 1-on-1 coaching client.

She helped us develop the recipes for our macros & meals product which is a cheap way to get your macros calculated plus simple meal prep ideas to help make it easy to hit your macros.

She also helped us develop recipes and meal prep resources for the group program. This is all based on her experience as a client, plus her experience as a recipe developer.

Emma is one of the most realistic recipe developers I have met. She keeps the ingredients and cooking methods simple and today she loads us up with practical tips to keep meal prep simple, delicious and fun. This is because her meal prep journey started while she was working full-time.

If you haven’t seen any of the recipes Emma has developed for us, or you’re not familiar with her Instagram, you probably aren’t familiar with just how beautiful the food she makes is.

This show is brought to you by us, Beyond Macros, a nutrition coaching company that helps you make a sustainable transformation through realistic habit changes rather than restrictive dieting.
